Once the registration process is completed, the supplier will receive a notification along with the login credentials to access the e-Procurement portal and proceed with the next phase of qualification (see Figure 9).
At this point, the supplier will need to take the following actions on the page:
- Enter Username and Password (A)
- Click the Login button (B)
If the supplier has forgotten their password, they can change it by using the "Forgot Password?" link (C).

Upon the first login, the system will prompt the supplier to change their password (see Figure 10).

After this, the supplier will enter the Homepage (see Figure 11) of their reserved area, where they can:
- Complete the proposed Questionnaires;
- Upload documents, which, although not mandatory, are highly relevant for qualification in Asja’s supplier register;
- Enter their Bank Details.

Below are the main sections highlighted in the figure above (see Figure 11):
A. Technical Support (A): Clicking this button opens a new window where the user can consult the user manual or request assistance by opening a dedicated support ticket.
B. User Area (B): Clicking this button allows the supplier to view their Name and Username, change their Password, switch the portal language between Italian and English, and log out.
C. Main Menu (C): Through this menu, the supplier can view and modify company data, questionnaires, documents, bank details, and received communications.
D. Questionnaire: Completed Sections (D): A widget to access the questionnaires to be completed.
E. Attached Documents (E): A widget to access the document area and upload the required documents.
F. Latest Received Communications (F): A section containing a summary of automatically received system communications.
If a questionnaire or qualification documents expire, the supplier will receive a notification requesting them to complete the questionnaire again or upload new documents.
FILLING QUESTIONNAIRE
By clicking on Questionnaires: Completed Sections or selecting the "Questionnaire" link from the left menu, the supplier accesses the questionnaire completion pages (see Figure 12).

Within the forms, fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory; however, it is recommended to complete all fields to provide Asja with as much information as possible about the supplier company.
If the supplier needs to download the questionnaire file, they can click the "Download pdf" button (A) available in every questionnaire page.
To submit and save each module, click Save (B) (see Figure 12). Once a module is saved, the system automatically moves to the next one.
Modules that are yet to be completed are marked with the symbol . After completing and saving a module, it will be marked with the symbol . If a completed questionnaire expires, it will be marked with the symbol , and the supplier will need to fill it out again.
The information in individual modules can be modified at any time by using the "Edit" button (A) (see Figure 13).

While filling out the questionnaires, the supplier will be asked to upload documents (mandatory and non-mandatory) (see Figure 14). To upload a document, when the related pop-up appears, click the Upload button (A) and enter the document's issue date. To save the uploaded document, click the Save button (B); alternatively, if the supplier wishes to go back without saving, use the Cancel button (C) (see Figure 14).

DOCUMENT UPLOAD
In the "Supplier Documents" section, the supplier can upload the required documents, which may be mandatory (such as DURC or Chamber of Commerce certificate) or non-mandatory (such as the Company Brochure or Client Portfolio).
In the STATUS column of the table (see Figure 15), some informative labels may appear:
- To be uploaded: If the supplier has not yet uploaded the required documentation;
- In progress: Appears when the supplier has uploaded valid documentation to the platform;
- To be updated: This label will only be visible if the uploaded documentation has expired over time.
In this section, the supplier can upload or re-upload expired documents using the icon: view the history of all uploaded documents (if present) by clicking the icon:and finally download the uploaded documentation through the icon:

BANK DETAILS ENTRY
In the Bank Details section (see Figure 16), the supplier can enter their bank account details with the option to add one or more IBANs.

Once the main bank account details are entered, the supplier can add more by clicking the Add Bank Account button (A) (see Figure 17).
Additionally, clicking the icon in the "Actions" column allows the supplier to modify the details of an already registered bank account (B) (see Figure 17).

If multiple IBANs have been registered, one or more can be deleted (A) (see Figure 18), provided that the IBAN is not marked as the "Main Bank Account" (B) (see Figure 18).

The supplier, after completing the proposed questionnaires and providing the requested documentation, can finalize the qualification process by submitting their data through the orange Submit Data button (A), which becomes enabled upon completion of the qualification process (see Figure 19).
If the process is not yet completed, this button will remain disabled.

After completing the qualification process, the supplier can:
- View/modify the completed questionnaires;
- View the uploaded documents;
- Upload new documents;
- View/modify the entered bank details;
- Add new bank details.
These actions can be performed using the left-side menu or through the widgets available on the Home Page.
